- Is there a minimum order?
You can order as many or as little as you choose from one item to a complete range.

- How do I pay?
We accept cash or cheques. Cheques must be made payable to Emma Bradshaw.

- How much is postage?
We use Royal Mail special delivery for uk orders which requires a signature. For orders up to the value of £100 = £5, from £100-£150 = £7.50 and from £150+ = £10.

- How long will my order take?
A maximum of 2 weeks from receiving proofs, however it is generally much quicker than that, and if you need them sooner please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

- Can I order more invitations?
Yes, anytime you need extras please notify us and we will do our best to get them to you as soon as possible.

- Can you modify the designs to fit my colour scheme?
Please fell free to enquire about variations on colour or design and we will do our best to fit your scheme. An additional charge may apply.

- Do you supply samples?
Yes, we will send one free sample per customer, any over this will be charged at the standard rate.

- Can I choose my own wording?
The wordings on our page are just examples for you. Feel free to write your own or choose a different font.

- Are envelopes included?
Yes all invitations are supplied with good quality envelopes.

- I'm not yet sure what will go into my Order of Service
Often it's not known until nearer the time so this can be done at a later date after the invitations, closer to the wedding.

- When should I order my wedding stationery?
The general rule is that invitations should be sent out no later than 6 weeks prior to your wedding, however many allow up to 12 weeks, especially during the busy summer months. We will turn around the invitations as quick as we can but the more notice you can give us the better.
