Insert Font Type - Our standard Wedding font is Monotype Corsiva, which will be printed inside your card unless another is stated below. We have many other fonts or feel free to provide us with one of your own.

Insert Font Colour - This can be black or to match the colour scheme on the card (e.g. The Three Petal Burgundy Card would have the font on the insert written in burgundy)

Wording - Please provide us with your chosen wording for each product ordered (e.g. wedding invitation, evening invitation, order of service etc...) below or on a separate sheet, & ensure the text is clear & easy to read. Examples for wedding invitation wording can be seen on the wording page of the website, or you can choose your own style.

1) Print & complete the order form above (or contact us & we will send you an order form) & post it to us (Love Letters, 4 Blenheim Avenue , Highfield, Southampton , SO17 1DU ) along with a cheque (made payable to Emma Bradshaw) for 25% deposit so that we can start the order.

2) We will then send you proofs of your chosen design for you to approve.

3) Once you have approved the design and sent the remaining payment, production of your order will be carried out and then sent to you. Please add postage & packaging costs to your order unless you wish to collect the order.

Terms & Conditions

1) As each product is hand-crafted there may be slight variations in designs.

2) No exchange or refund can be given unless the goods are faulty.

3) All orders are subject to stock availability and therefore if we find difficulties in supply of certain materials we may need to find a similar material of the same quality and we will inform the client.

4) Once you have sent the order form with 25% deposit we will start the order and send you a sample proof for you to approve.

5) Production of the order will only be carried out once we have received the signed and dated proof and the remaining full payment.

6) Once orders are dispatched using Royal Mail special delivery we accept no responsibility for loss or damage.

7) All of the terms and conditions must be read and accepted before an order is placed.
